Caitlin is a litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial, corporate and employment litigation, as well as intellectual property matters and government investigations. She represents clients across various industries, including defense, aerospace, technology, health sciences, education, and real estate.

Caitlin litigates in state and federal courts, and she is experienced in navigating clients through the litigation process from the initiation of a case to discovery, motions practice, trial, and settlement. In the early stages of a case, Caitlin uses her expertise to guide clients through the modern e-discovery process in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, one of the fastest trial courts in the federal judiciary colloquially known as the “rocket docket.”

Caitlin earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. After law school, Caitlin clerked at the Supreme Court of Hawaiʻi and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. Prior to joining Kaleo, Caitlin worked at an Am Law 100 firm where her practice focused on commercial litigation and white collar defense.
